Easy Tips To Care For Laptop
Everyone
will definitely not want the laptop you just bought quickly damaged due to lack
of maintenance or even because of the wrong treatment. If so and you need more
tips to keep your laptop durable, you come to the right article. Here it is,
how to take care of a laptop so it doesn't break quickly.
1. Don't Bring Your Laptop If The Condition Is Still On
Why can not? because the laptop is on, the hard drive is
still working and fear that the hard disk can be scratched and cause bad
sectors. Bad sector is a situation where a sector on a hard disk or removable
disk is damaged so that it can no longer be used as a data storage. this often
happens because of several things, such as a connection breakdown during the
data transfer process or caused by a collision that causes permanent damage.
This interference will cause the OS to not run optimally, any workmanship runs
slowly even the OS cannot appear because of a continuous restart.
2. Don't Put the Laptop on the Mattress
this is the most important thing
for caring for a laptop to last. I recommend using a laptop on a flat surface
like a table. If you put your laptop on top of the automatic air circulation
mattress on your laptop, it won't run smoothly. The exhaust air will be
difficult to get out because of being held back by the mattress body. As a
result, the hot air discharges back into your laptop and makes the components
of your laptop even HOT. Bad right? If it's hot, the performance of the laptop
will decrease and of course, the laptop components can be damaged.
3. Don't Directly Close the Laptop
After It's Used
Loh, why can't it be, why isn't the
laptop dead? Actually, it's okay if your laptop is still cold because it plays
in an air-conditioned room. That may not be if your laptop is still warm or
even hot because you use it for quite a long time / you use it with a fairly
heavy performance so your laptop is hot.
To treat a laptop so that it does
not get damaged quickly, avoid closing the laptop LCD directly because the hot
air coming out from the surface of the keyboard will directly hit the LCD and
can be fatal on the LCD that can be death pixel or there are annoying spots on
your laptop due to repeated heat. If you are in school or in an office that is
not air-conditioned or the air is hot, it should be 10-15 minutes to turn off
the laptop first.
4. Keep the Laptop from Food /
Drink
It's best when playing the laptop
while snacking. It's not wrong. But if you eat snacks carefully, don't get
messy. Feared, crumbling snacks which are the result of the failure to bite
into the keyboard. Making the laptop depth can be dirty and the air circulation
is not good resulting in a laptop quickly hot / even like an ant entering in
this laptop that needs to be aware of.
5. Often Clean Up Laptop Hard Drive
Cleaning the hard drive here does
not mean we brush the hard drive using a brush, meaning not physical cleaning.
But we clean the invisible, clean the files that are no longer used, for
example, applications, these idle files will also burden the performance of the
laptop.
Usually, these idle file nests are
in the temp folder. This directory contains files that are formatted. Temp
originating from files that we have permanently deleted. So, even though we
delete it from the Recycle Bin, using Shift + Del, the file doesn't just disappear.
He changed form so the temp continued to hang out in the temp folder. But
sometimes there are also those that don't change the format.
Well, we need to brush out the
contents in the temp directory for a certain period, once a month for example.
How to brush it, open Run (Win + R), input ( % Temp% ) and press enter or click OK. Later we will
be directed to Explorer in the temp folder. We select all, then Shift + Del.
Clean all.
6. Clean the Physical Laptop
Routine
Don't forget to always clean your
laptop at least once every two weeks. Dust that sticks to your laptop's
components can slow down your laptop's performance and make your laptop heat up
quickly. As for what needs to be cleaned, among others, LCD, Keyboard, air
circulation holes, and batteries. If you are adept at uninstalling laptops,
clean the inside of your laptop too.
